As digital downloads cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed. We encourage customers to review product details carefully before making a purchase.
For subscription-based eBooks, payments are billed automatically according to the chosen subscription plan. Cancellations can be made at any time before the next billing cycle to prevent further charges, but refunds will not be issued for previous payments. Once a subscription is cancelled, access to new monthly content will be revoked at the end of the billing period.
